To measure your ankle, wrap a piece of string around your ankle where you want it to lay and measure it out in inches and then add 1/2-3/4 of an inch to that length. If you are uncertain, order the half size up. You can wear them a bit long, but you can’t wear them short! This is also available in 4mm size balls for an additional $5.
